The term body mechanics is medically defined as a combination of posture balance and motion.

Jennifer Ganser, LMT has over fifteen years of experience in clinical and corrective massage therapy. The digital age has ushered in an overwhelming surge of postural decline in clients of all ages including the pediatric population. It is my goal to provide clinically corrective and therapeutic massage to help correct these postural, structural, and mechanical dysfunctions and maintain optimal health in my clientss.
